  • The import module uses the "sku" to identify each product, if you have already imported the products but now just want to add the extra images you only need the "sku” and "gallery" columns, you do not have to re-import all your products.
  • Just create the CSV file with all the information and add “gallery” columns in the csv along with the image and small image column.
  • Export the CSV format through admin
  • Under the Data flow just click on Export All products.
  • Go the Run Profile and click on Run profile in Popup button.
  • The export products file will be save onto the FTP on this location: var/export/exportallproducts.csv
  • Just make a copy and add gallery column in the CSV for reference please see screenshot
  • Just put the images name for example: /img1.jpg;/img2.jpg;/img3.jpg;/.... so on. First image will be the default image for product.
  • Save the csv file and import the file.
  • For importation follow these steps: Go to System ->Import/Export -> Data flow - profiles
  • Click on Import all Products and upload the updated CSV file with Save and Continue button.
  • Then under the Run Profile select your file from drop-down for reference please see the screen-shot
  • All done now just clear the cache and indexing and you will see the multiple images for products are imported successfully.
