  • Background Downloading. Adding a new issue to a magazine subscription, will push a notification to devices who have active subscriptions and download the new issue. Devices who have no active subscription will receive a notification with information about the new issue.

Thanks Ivan, I need to know if with your Starter Kit (Developer Plan) it's possible to publish just Pdf or if I can use Folio file too. Furthermore can I add some interactivity features before I publish magazine on the tablet?
    • Ivan Shamatov Publisher 3 years ago
It works just for PDF because it has PDF Reader inside. What you can do about interactivity with pdf is replace standard PDF Reader inside StarterKit with PDFTouch Reader ( )
    • GA Giorgio Assante 3 years ago
Yes, PDFTouch Reader is that I was looking for! ...but with Pdf replace how much it will be costs the Developer License?
    • Ivan Shamatov Publisher 3 years ago
Because Im not the author of PDFTouch, u need to purchase it separately. So developer license will cost 1,900 $ for Newsstand Starter Kit and 6,999.99 $ for PDFTouch. I will replace standard pdfReader with PDFTouch for free. :)
