    It's buggy component.
    1. There is no difference between chars and bytes. For UTF-8 this lead to unpredictable result
    2. Lenght -> Length
    3. Not support limit of downloaded size (butes to Download)

    Works as expected. File delivered as a zip file but was intact rar which caused some unnecessary difficulties.
