This module adds this funtionality:
- export shopping cart price rules to csv/xls files
- import shopping cart price rules to csv/xls files
- multiple delete rules
Module can be used from two new profiles in the "System -> Import/Export -> Advanced Profiles".
To export rules - start the profile "Export Shoping Cart Rules". File will be saved to the /var/export/ directory.
To import new rules - place file in the /var/import directory and set filename in the profile "Import Shoping Cart Rules" as described on the screenshot:
And then run profile.

Troubleshooting
- when you insert new rule, check that "rule id" is empty to insert new row.
- If in the list of Advanced profiles not appear new profiles, clear cache and check dir where you copy files.

with this extension i can upload 2000 codes from a groupon promotion??
the codes star like this 1/4589 and the security code: (only the customers have this)
so i need them to put the security code that has 10 digits that can have numbers and letters
i really need this urgent

Hi.
As i understand you have promocodes that have code ( ABCDEF ) and security code ( 1234ABC ) ? If yes - you cannot, module only use standard magento coupons.
But we can discuss new module that extend coupons functionality with security codes.

If you can add this codes using Magento shoping cart rules coupons, then you can import it with module too.
And security code you can ask in any other way.

i tried to make one rule with the code 1/2222 and it work's..
but now i have to make 300 rules for the same purpose
if i install this module with will make it instantly???
i mean for customer to have a discount off 19€ in the product '' casio 50''
i sold 200 coupons true groupon and now i have 200 coupons similar to 1/2232 etc
what do i need to do to make this codes in the same rule!!!

Yes.
After install module you need to export your first created coupon,
edit file and add 199 rows, set correct codes, set empty rule_id, save file in /var/import and import new file.

I have installed this module on 1.4.2.0 , cant see option in import/export in backend and also there is no entry in core_resource table .

If no entry in core_resource - please check that you disabled cache, compilation, and installed correctly ( copied files from archive to root magento folder )

I am having issues importing coupn codes. I first exported to see file layout and followed that format however when i imported, the coupon codes did not import properly and they are all inactive. I have 200 to important and so i do not want to have to do any manual tweaks. Can you please tell me what the layout should be? Oh and also would love to know how to bulk delete coupon codes. Thanks!
